Refund and Returns Policy

1. Magazine Subscriptions

  • Digital Subscriptions: Once purchased, digital editions are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

  • Print Subscriptions: If you do not receive your magazine issue, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date for a replacement copy. Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases of failed delivery.


2. Event Tickets & Registrations

  • Tickets for events organized by La Mode International are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by us.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.


3. Advertising & Promotions

  • Payments for advertising, sponsorships, and promotions are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and campaign work has started.

  • In special cases, refunds may be considered before campaign launch, subject to administrative deductions.


4. Merchandise (If Applicable)

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused and original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned items.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted.
