1. Magazine Subscriptions

Digital Subscriptions: Once purchased, digital editions are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

Print Subscriptions: If you do not receive your magazine issue, please contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date for a replacement copy. Refunds are generally not offered, except in cases of failed delivery.
2. Event Tickets & Registrations

Tickets for events organized by La Mode International are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by us.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.
3. Advertising & Promotions

Payments for advertising, sponsorships, and promotions are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and campaign work has started.

In special cases, refunds may be considered before campaign launch, subject to administrative deductions.
4. Merchandise (If Applicable)

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in unused and original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued after inspection of returned items.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted.
